Preamble

This course will help participants explore the role that is required of end to end service managers in a public authority. You will understand how public services contribute to broader community objectives and be able to successfully lead the whole service and deliver its outcomes to ensure the workforce is making an effective contribution to service delivery. The key to success as an administrator will be your ability to understand and assess each employee's skills and abilities. You will need to know the influential types of skills used in the company and how they interlink. This knowledge assists you in helping each employee perform their job role effectively. Next, you'll learn about the technical, human and conceptual skills required to complete your responsibilities successfully. Finally, we provide you with first-hand tips on developing and improving these skills.

The participants will gain the following skills at the end of the course.  Managing and supporting all administrative duties in the organization and ensure smooth operation  Managing the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone visiting the organization and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth  Implementing established policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow when identified  Coordinating internal and external resources and monitoring budgets and expenditures  Managing organization supplies inventory and place orders as necessary  Managing organization layout and planning and organization IT infrastructure

  1. Fees Payment - All fees are payable strictly in advance 2 working days before the course starting date.
  2. Cancellation Fee - Cancelletion of any participant 5 working days before the start day of a course will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
    We regret that no cancellations will be accepted within 2 working days of a course, but substitutions may be made.
