Preamble

About the TICK Personal Insight Profile Indicator (PIPI)
The PIPI Questionnaire is used in this course to help participants see themselves as other see them. This highlights the need to adapt their approach and communication channels to suit different types of people in order to build stronger more trusting relationships.
