PREAMBLE

In public health care, clinical and administrative staff with no formal training in project management often end up leading project teams. These individuals may be subject matter experts but likely have only a passing knowledge of the science of improvement. To move from ideas to results, these project leaders need formal training in project management.

This CPM course provides the training health care professionals need to improve the quality of care at their organization through projects delivered on time and within budget. From setting the foundation and planning, to execution and close out, you will study each step of managing a project in detail.

TARGET GROUP

The CPM training is designed for clinicians, administrators and operations professionals in public health care settings.

  2. Cancellation Fee - Cancellation of any participant 5 working days before the start day of a course will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
