PREAMBLE
This two-week Performance Management training program is designed to provide professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of performance management. Participants will learn to develop, implement, and evaluate effective performance management systems, aligned with organizational goals and employee development. The course covers key concepts such as goal setting, feedback and appraisals, performance improvement strategies, and managing underperformance.
