COURSE DESCRIPTION

This intensive 2-week training is designed to equip professionals working on World Bank and donor-funded projects with essential skills in trauma counseling and management. Operating in conflict-affected, post-disaster, or high-stress development contexts, these professionals often encounter individuals and communities experiencing acute and chronic psychological trauma. The course blends theoretical knowledge with practical skills to help participants identify, assess, and respond appropriately to trauma-related challenges within their project settings.
