PREAMBLE

This CPM two-week training course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of women’s empowerment, gender equality, and gender mainstreaming and their application in development programmes, institutions, policies, and community interventions.

The course examines key concepts and theories related to gender, power, discrimination, women’s rights, and social inclusion. It equips participants with practical tools for conducting gender analysis, identifying gender gaps, developing gender-responsive policies and programmes, preparing gender-responsive budgets, and integrating gender considerations throughout the project cycle.

The training combines theory and practice through presentations, group discussions, case studies, role plays, practical exercises, simulations, and field-oriented assignments.

Cancellation Fee - Cancellation of any participant 5 working days before the start day of a course will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
