Preamble
This CPM course equips project managers, analysts, and team leaders with practical skills to leverage Microsoft Power BI for project planning, tracking, and reporting. It covers data preparation, visualization, and dashboard creation tailored to project management needs, including monitoring KPIs, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation. Participants will learn how to connect Power BI with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira, Trello), build interactive dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.

Course Objectives

• Use DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for project-specific calculations (e.g., Earned Value).
• Visualize project progress with Gantt charts, burn-down charts, milestones.
• Create automated reports for stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in project performance monitoring using Power BI.

1. Cancellation Fee - Cancellation of any participant 5 working days before the start day of a course will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
