PREAMBLE
This CPM two-week training program is designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical skills in public procurement and contract management in line with international best practices and public sector regulations.
The course covers the full procurement lifecycle, from procurement planning and market analysis through tendering, evaluation, contract award, contract administration, and contract close-out. Emphasis is placed on transparency, value for money, ethical procurement, risk management, and compliance with public procurement laws and donor requirements.
