1. Consent to Photography

2. Usage of Photographs

The photographs taken during your participation may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to:

You understand and agree that these images may be distributed publicly without any further notification or compensation.

3. Right to Opt-Out

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you are required to notify the Institution in writing at least 24 hours before the event or session. Alternatively, you may opt out of being photographed at any time during the event by notifying the photographer or a member of the CPM staff.

4. No Compensation for Use

You agree that there will be no compensation for the use of your likeness, and you waive any rights to royalties, payment, or other forms of compensation in connection with any use of your image.

5. Release of Liability

By consenting to be photographed or recorded, you release the Institution and its representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of such photographs and recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of moral rights.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

The Institution is committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information. However, images captured during training events or sessions may be used in accordance with these Terms. No personal data or sensitive information will be disclosed alongside the photographs unless express consent is given.

7. Revocation of Consent

If, after agreeing to these Terms, you wish to revoke your consent for the use of your image, you may do so by contacting [Insert Contact Information]. While the Institution will make efforts to remove such images from future use, it may not be able to retract photographs already published or used in materials that have already been distributed.

8. Copyright and Ownership

All photographs and images taken by the Institution or its representatives are the property of [Training Institution Name], and the Institution holds all rights to these images. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use these photographs in any manner without the express permission of the Institution.

9. Minors

If you are under the age of 18yrs, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for the taking and use of your photograph or image. The parent or legal guardian will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

The Institution reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Institution’s website, and you will be notified accordingly. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
